Time of delivery

Flower delivery is not possible earlier, than 2 hours after confirmation of order and just in case the order is paid with credit card, in cash on delivery or over PAYPALme.

If you pay on bank account, the flowers cannot be delivered earlier, than the payment confirmation from our bank is received. In case we are not able to deliver your order due to the recipient absence you will be informed immediately. 

We deliver flowers from Monday to Saturday in time zones:

• 9 am - 12 am
• 12 am - 3 pm
• 3 pm - 5 pm

on Sunday we DO NOT DELIVER, but all our flower shops are open and you can order for pick up.

We cannot guarantee on-time delivery unless agreed upon in advance. However, it is always helpful if you write in the notes when the gift recipient will be present at the delivery address. Generally, we do not contact the recipient beforehand unless the delivery is outside Brno-city.

Delivery in case of presentee's absence at delivery address

If the delivery is not succesfull, we will contact recipient on his phone number which is very recommended to fill in during the order process and try to arrange other possibilities how to hand over flowers, but we are not obliged to deliver flowers on second address unless the second delivery is paid extra. If it is not possible to deliver flowers anyway, the flowers for the recipient will be available for picking up at our local store at Vesela 22 street, Brno for two days. After expiration of that period is the order considered as succesfull executed.

We don't sell any spirits and not deliver any alcohol to those under age of 18 and it is forbbiden.
